Οur Tavern Cavo Barbaro has been established since 1993, in a private area next to the seα side.
Our love for the local cooking and the competitiveness of this particularly beautiful area, lead us to create the Cavo Barbaro Tavern-Restaurant. In the last 17 years we are continuously offer to our customers, special quality and unique recepies.
The basic Dishes of Tavern Cavo Barbaro are: Great Variety of Daily Fresh Sea Food. All fishes are fished from the owner using his own fish-boat. We also serve local kitchen dishes like: Sofrito, Pastitsada, Kokoras, Pites, Meatballs, Staffed Vegetables with rice and meat. All of them cooked with the special family way that is a tradition of years.
